The empty packaging of agrochemical products is sorted into three fractions: rinsed fraction, non-rinseable fraction and caps. When you open a new package, immediately remove the aluminium seal and place it in the non-rinseable fraction bag. A properly rinsed package no longer contains any trace of phyto agents and can no longer leak. A few drops of the product will contaminate a large amount of water. So, make a habit of immediately rinsing the empty packaging thoroughly in the proper manner.
